Jared and Kelly: Sculpture Park Wedding

Documenting weddings is such a huge honor for any wedding photographer, but when we get asked to be one of just a few that get to witness such a special moment it becomes a very personal and special occasion even for us. When Jared and Kelley asked me to photographer their ceremony at the Olympic Sculpture Park last month I was of course incredibly excited. I’ve known them for a few years through my husband and Jared working together, and was overjoyed when I found out they were going to be tying the knot! They exchanged vows on a beautiful fall day right by the water with a handful of family and friends looking on. Both Jared and Kelly were glowing with happiness and it took all I had not to start bawling during their ceremony. Afterwards everyone headed to Panevino in Capitol Hill to meet up with a few more guests and toast to the new Mr. and Mrs. Kessler. Jared and Kelly, thank you for letting me be one of the few, it was a true honor!
